Ninja Breathing for Children

This video is a brief instruction video for children, where they can practice "Ninja breathing" as a way to introduced them to focused breathing. The point of this video is to make focused breathing fun for kids so they can begin to see how they can help ease their own anxiety, stress, and anger. Furthermore, when kids practice their Ninja breathing, they can also see how empowered they can become in times when they feel out of control
