The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness offers training and outreach for individuals, families or professionals to further the practice and integration of mindfulness into all aspects of society. We encourage your participation in their programs and also would love for you to tell them that we sent you their way.

We will work with you as an individual or organization to make the most of the SIYLI program, the UCSD programs, and the INIQ course and assist you to find ways to incorporate what you learn into your daily activities.
