Introduction to Meditation Workshop

What if you could: reduce your stress, experience greater peace and happiness, strengthen your relationships, protect your brain against aging and improve your capacity to learn new things? It's as easy as sitting down and taking a simple breath.

This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed to introduce you to the benefits of meditation and to provide you with an opportunity to practice mindfulness breathing as a way to easily access a meditation practice.

The workshop will provide you with some researched benefits to practicing meditation and also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions you may have that may have previously kept you from exploring and/or implementing this well-being practice.

Advanced classes also available.
